Attack Range Indicator

I think this would be mostly helpful for Marksman and anyone else that has longer ranges but, a grey ring around the champion to indicate their attack range? Just like the one that appears when you press "A" but have the option to make it permanent?

If you press crl+c, one of the options in the pop-up is a range indicator. You need to hover over it but eh.
