Level-Up Hotkeys Question

I was just wondering if there was a way to change the quick, level-up hotkey from ctrl+q/w/e/r to something like 'x'+q/w/e/r or something similar. Pressing ctrl is just not convenient for me and having to click to level up has interfered too many times to count.
