It is soooo frustrating

I actually started playing in ranked games. It is so frustrating because the people I get stuck with will inevitably chase the enemy ... to the point where they have over extended and they get killed.

I've seen it so many times that I've had most damage, least deaths and still my team feeds and loses. It stinks.
