Riot should take the Damage of ADC's and spread them accross champions that actually need damage
On top of that they should start removing CC or soften them, soo instead of being a hard knock up, it could be a mini stun followed by a Damage debuff or other types of debuff.
Then they should rebalance cooldown accross champions and remove some CDR and give more power to items, making them not depending on cdr to do damage.
And Start nerfing the defensive early game itemization that makes them very hard to all in. 
And make actual early game champions, EARLY GAME.
An Assassin should not SCALE to late game in term of raw power.
