"Slowed" is still going to be displayed below the healthbar in huge letters, correct?

(iirc it didn't have text above the healthbar at all - either that or I never saw it because it was always overridden by harder forms of cc)

I haven't played League in like a week so I might be recalling incorrectly, idk lol.
