Riot's Match Making for Ranked is kinda a flaming Turd isn't it?

Okay so in my last game I played I was playing Ahri in a 3's game and with the season and worlds they are putting up some quests saying "YO PLAY SOME RANKED IT'LL BE FUN!" its not. Its like pulling teeth because I'm matched up against Gold/silver players/ with Gold/Silver players and obviously my team is getting pretty tilted because "WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT!?" and the cold hard answer is I'M A NOOB! I'm TRYING to get into this game. Its fun when I have friends to play with and Complete crap when I don't because I can't learn at a decent pace. If you don't believe me and think "Everyone is put where they are supposed to be in ranked! You just suck!" Well one I do suck but here's a lil preview of the 3's matches I've done lately. Us Me (Bronze 1 lowest of low), a Silver (the tilted Poppy), and our Quinn Unranked. VS Veigar Gold, Aatrox Silver, and Fiora Silver. Second match Me Bronze, Brand silver, Lulu Bronze vs Katerina Gold, Caitlyn, Gold and Khazix Gold. Third Match (We won this but its still bull%@#$) Teemo me Bronze, Yi Unranked, Darius PLATINUM! vs Xerath Bronze, Xyah Silver, and Dianna Unranked. So if someone comes at me and says oh its fair No its not look at these match-ups! I SHOULDN'T BE ON A TEAM WITH A PLATINUM PLAYER EVEN IF HE CARRIES! That doesn't show MY Skill for a win. That shows that Darius was able to just roflstomp the hell out of a poor Xerath Xyah and Dianna. In the other two A gold Veigar and 2 silvers doesn't make a fair match for a Silver player a Bronze moron (me) and an unranked player unless the Unranked is just a smurf which doesn't ALWAYS happen, and the 3 gold on one team vs 2 bronze one silver? No that's the team that Darius Plat would have been an actual fight for him but he'd have tilted and been angry at the low level players playing with him. So I'm just kinda irritated that Riot hasn't put a hard block on players playing against 2 ranks below them or even 3. See if it was just Unranked vs bronze and if you do really good Silver That'd make players a HELLA lot less tilted at the idea of a new player playing. It'd also make new players like me feel like the game is worth learning more about. I mean I've got reasons I'm sticking around, other new players? Nah they'd drop this game like it was hot lead. I guess my discussion is anyone else running into this? I mean I'm sure you are but I think fixing this with a hard block on players playing with people anywhere more than 2 ranks above or below their rank would really help with the toxic players issue. Then it'd just be "Oh you are new... Okay yeah don't do that." Instead of "I CLIMBED TO GOLD AND YOU ARE RUINING MY RANK!"
