Morde and Rylai's

I know I'm creating a thread about something already discussed.

When looking for ways to compensate Morde for the potentially harmful change to Rylai's, please consider this: Mordekaiser needs to have some form of damage before he even considers building pure tank items, such as current Rylai's. Any high ELO Morde main will agree that rushing Dead Man's Plate first item or similar will make him nothing more than a chunk of meat with a one use slow. A juggernaught isn't a tank without CC; people need to be fearful when he gets in their face.

If you're considering making this Morde's new 'go to' item, please give it a damage component at the cost is some tankiness. Else, you can update Morde to not be useless without slows, so we can build anything we want!
