We need to have a talk about how broken COTC can be at times

for example, Over the coarse of a full blown, chaotic team fight, he can proc this maybe twice if it goes long enough. That is like having to kill him an extra 1.5 times. If his passive is available, guess what? If he is not killed before he comes back together, that is another massive shield opportunity because he can just double tap E and then run away.
You want to know who else can ruin an enemy team with this?
can. And I ask my self, did she really need a massive shield on top of her already fairly tanky, while still being a big damage dealer kit? Most likely no. She didn't.
Tankier champions who can also deal good amounts of damage with some form of hard CC (i.e. skirmishers and bruisers) benefit a bit too much from this to the point where they just cant die it seems. It takes the full team to just push them off of the carries, and by the time they get them somewhat under control, the rest of their team has already started damaging us to the point where we already lost the fight because we could not even get to the rest of their team. We cant leave them alone either because they still deal decent damage, especially to squishy targets.
One thing I also noticed was a bit op is that while shielded, they still heal themselves though their life steal and other sources. Not that this is anything new, but having a massive buffer shield where it takes all 4 seconds to even knock it down gives you plenty of free time to heal yourself if needed.
Maybe if it didn't allow for healing when active, or was for a lesser amount, or decayed over time it would be better balanced for a fight engage aid. because right now, it seems to be too strong for even ADCs to break.
