@Riot, I think you should consider doing an item update to follow rageblade's design theme
Rageblade is an item that has much of it's power loaded into it's passive so much so that you were able to make it's completed base stats equal to it's components. I think it is worthwhile to consider doing that theme idea for all items in the game. For all completed items the sharpened focus of what they offer comes from their passive. Another point to think about for future potential item focused balancing is that it would be easier if you don't have to touch the item's stats at all since they would be as low as they would be reasonably allowed to. From there you can focus on the strength of the passive/active effects and the gold cost. It will also help in the future that if (lets be real here, when) there is another ohmwrecker or poachers dirk, it is easy to determine the issue is in the effect that the item offers and if it is really actually worth the cost.
