If your enemy lane leaves there is this thing called pushing towers. Stop running around just to take jungle creep, learn how to farm under bad situations. Also, if you are a nuke class champion and cannot nuke someone, there is noone but yourself to blame. I see you not knowing how to deal damage or build damage items....
