Addon for jungle camp timers

I'm not really sure whether such an add-on is allowed, it doesn't give me any mechanical superiority over any other player, and i can't figure out if the ToU categorizes it as "automation programs that interact with the software in any way, for any purpose) I'm just awful at quick mental math and feel like people with faster brains have an advantage on me for this reason. TL;DR: is this allowed? EDIT: I just found out the Chinese servers have an option for camp timer overlays, why can't other servers have it?
