So you can see that the mid has quit but we couldn't remake. Nice bug riot.

Remake is only available when the player never connects at all.

I don't think you can report them in that case. It's automatically tracked.

In this game, the player actively sat at the Fountain and did nothing. It's not the same as never connecting.

Report them for AFK. It will result a worse punishment than just not connecting.
