Nothing about fizz on the boards

Everything about his kit is fine except for just one thing. Not his assassin damage, not his E, not his W, its not even most of his ult. Its that his ult now runs to a target. Why? Skill shots are high risk high reward, if I miss its on a long cd and I can be exposed but if I hit something really good happens. Fizz ult does too much for its run to closest target mechanic. Its barely a skill shot if you just have to throw it in the general direction of something and let the game do the work for you. It also makes "counter play" pretty odd when you dodge the thing only to have it jump at you anyways. You can't even QSS the thing any more either.
