you can't ban all the anti fun stuff and you usually end up with the enemy team have 4 or 5 champs from the "URF POOL" that you see literally every game if you can eve wukong and shaco you have to deal with ALi mao and blitz, if you ban those 3 you deal with zed fizz and lucian its just tiring when I cant tell when one game ends and the other starts cuz its literally the same champs OVER AND OVER AND OVER
There are alot more than 20 ops in urf as items will start to make or break how stupid comps can be
Ever try 5 infinity blade garen double spin damage in urf? youtube it and go try different things out morgana, leona, karma, nidalee, lux ziggs etc etc literally there are more than 70% of champs that are legit with no CD and silly item builds that scale to ungodly you just gotta keep messing around till you see how powerful some of the champs are.
To do that, you'd need a way to change 75% of the community, the only reason those champions get picked is because they win. Now, if this was suppose to be a competitive game mode, that's perfectly fine. But it's not, it's suppose to be something fun that happens every once in a while. Except the League community treats it as a "competitive" game mode, ignoring how "fun" a champion is to play and instead focusing on how broken they are in URF.
They could, hypothetically, find some sort of "fix" for the current broken champions , but due the to attitude of the community, people will just find and abuse other broken champions. Then it's just a cycle of Riot fixing the new broken champions, then people finding other ones.
