Match up issue

So after playing league of legends for about a month now I realized that I am now being matched with bronze 3-1 and silvers 5-2. This wouldn't be a problem however I am only level 25. As well as i've only played LOL for about a month or so. My question is, why am I being matched up with fairly well ranked players while I on the other hand am kinda bad. And when I mean "kinda", I mean really bad.
