About incoming URF (hopefully)

As we all know this mode is funny untill players won't find the most broken champions. I think there's a way to slightly balance this mode:

Add some program that decreases % power & buffs of a champion depending on his/her winrates. For example champions with winrates of max 55% are unchanged, but once certain champion moves past this to 56% winrate, then decrease URF buff/champion power by 1% and as far untill champion will turn to 55% winrate. We could also add pickrate as some lever to balance champions, cause why not ;P

Champions who were heavily "nerfed" using this program are always getting their buffs back whenever they fall below ~50% winrate.

**Example: **

URF Sona had 110% winrate (lol), program decided to totally remove URF powers from her body, which made her utter trash-tier (welcome to the real world). Because of that program now gives her power back bit by bit untill she gets into +/- balanced state of 50% winrate.

Things that can be balanced using this method: AS AD CDR HP / HP regen Max Mana/energy Overall Power

P.S It;s 5:15 AM. Haven't slept all night. And I'm gald because without sleep my brain finally jumped into "time to think great ideas" mode and thus you have this idea of mine. I've sacrificed my sleep time. And tomorrow is by first day of semester at uniwersity so be thankfull.. >.>

P.P.S

This program could "update" champion balance every 3 hours. If player were to pick a champion that is "nerfed" he'd just simply receive de-buff icon with what exactly was "nerfed" (debuffed) and why.

Would players be unhappy? Yea. But lets be honest, it's their fault for picking most OP champions in URF and ruin others fun time ;<
