SoloQ is infuriating

I play as Ziggs mid. Doing OK, getting some nice poke in, and acquiring decent farm. Five minutes goes by, and I see my botlane jayce is 0/3 and toplane jax is 0/2.

What do I do?? Yes, I know most of you will say "Roam and help out your laners," but that's only really effective when you get a decent lead. It's not my fault our jungler is r%%%%%ed. Is there really nothing I can do, or should I ditch Ziggs for more roamy champs like LeBlanc?
