Zoe Ult and warding

Why can't you place a ward during Zoe's ult? I feel this would be super useful for her, especially in the support role. It doesn't add a lot of power to her besides some extra vision over walls, which she already gets when she ults. Could this be something we change? I noticed this once I started to play a bit of Zoe, especially in the support role.

She already has so much going for her, why does she need that? Even if it is situational, it's unnecessary. Other champs have to move into possible danger to ward. She doesn't get a free pass from that

Isnt the ward range almost the same as her ult range

She can ward during Portal Jump. However it seems to be in a smaller radius.
