Honor Level 3

Played a couple normal games then left for about an hour. Came back to a level 3 honor popup. Some things I was wanting to know before I'll share:

1. Seems like it's not based on volume. A lot of those people who had hit level 3 before me I saw had a lot of games played so thought it might be just X number of points for an honor vote and Y points for voting to rank up. Most days I only get 1-2 games in, sometimes all I get to play for the day is just a 15 min bot first win rush. Sometimes with a free evening or day off I can get 5-10 in but that's rare since Honor was implemented (less than 5 instances in the last 2 months)

2. Don't need many honor votes. I never get 3+ votes. Most games as a jungle main I dont even get many since people will opt to vote for the hardest carry or a support who actually properly supported. If I super hard carry Ive gotten 2 votes a few times, like around 1 in 6 games, 1 vote in about 60% of my games and 0 votes for the rest about 25% of the time. Likely just needs to avoid being reported and not need a high amount of votes to rank up

3. Non party votes seem to hold more value I use my other account I play with my lower ELO RL friends much more and play about the same as this account. Despite being about the same honor votes and my friends giving me their votes, that account is still Honor level 2.
