@Meddler upcoming balance changes?

I'm interested to know about next balance changes for 2 champs: elise and gangplank, both my mains. Gp because i saw that lately he has been on the weak side right now. Elise because you changed rylai's and since i ultimately main her, i wanted to know if you have any changes for her, nerf or buff that it is.
