So Riot, you said you're buffing Tali. Something to keep in mind.

So, I've seen in other threads that you're looking at buffing Tali already. Sure, fine, whatever. But remember Poppy? She had a <40% winrate for a very long time, and only people who really used her kit well did anything, but most people couldn't get her to work (why is this an issue anyway?). So, you buffed her. No one really noticed or cared for a while, since she was still thought of as weak, but then LC$ players started using her, and she exploded into popularity. With no more buffs, she was deemed "broken" -- and then you gutted not only her numbers, but her entire playstyle, making her just not as much fun.

Here we have Tali. <40% winrate, yet some people (look at my history -- I have a 70% winrate and 6.4:1 average KDA) are doing fine with her. So be careful if you change her. Honestly, the only things I think she would need are slightly relaxed mana costs (especially her E), maybe a tiny bit more damage on her W + E combo, or lowered cooldowns on her E. Increasing the initial damage on her E would help, but that might make her a bit too strong.

One thing I think would do well is adding a separate AP ratio on her Q, so that worked ground casts hit higher than a single bolt from the full cast would (but still significantly less than the full cast). So, say a full Q is 100+80+70+60+50 damage. Make a worked Q do 180ish with the one bolt, so that you can poke with it a bit, and not be zoned out so hard.

I donno. I doubt you'll listen to what I say, but just don't do what you did to Poppy, please. You nerfed the fun in Poppy's kit with a knee-jerk change when there were far better options to change her that you just flat out ignored. Tali is fun, and she's quickly becoming one of my favorites, and I don't want to lose that like I did Poppy.
