When I disconnect/crash I want to be able to...

talk to my team in team chat and communicate with them while I reconnect, so none of them will rage quit or aft if I take a little while to reconnect.

I just got out of a game where team moral was extremely low and nobody believed that the team could win because I crashed and had to reconnect. Bot lane and mid lane were losing badly and the enemy jungle secure multiple dragons. I want this feature to be implemented so that your teammates won’t lose hope/faith/passion to play the game and win (especially in ranked games).
