New Champion Select Problem. I think.

So I was watching some of the videos on Youtube about the new Champ Select, and I noticed that during the Pick Phase, the first champion displayed for a summoner is the same one that they intended to pick before the Ban Phase. Doesn't this mean that say, if the first pick of the enemy team chooses to secure a key pick instead of picking their desired champion, they would be giving free information on what champion they intended to pick in the first place? This information might be used to make strategic picking decisions such as picking that same champion, or some other strategy. Why not just not display any champion at the start of a summoner's Pick Phase (while still displaying champions selected before locking in)? Of course, I'm open to any counter-arguments. I just thought I could bring this up.
