Ok, so I've seen a number of posts about if such and such a champ were designed in this year or reworked to have a modern kit, what would it look like... and how overkill would the abilities be. So... here's my attempt at such a "rework" for renekton

passive: reign of anger - renekton feeds off combat... empowering abilities through building up rage (current portion... blah blah blah) (new) renekton also empowers basic abilities through "feeding off" combat. For every spell cast, renekton empowers his next basic ability damage by 5%... stacking up to 5x in combat. This bonus persists as long as renekton remains in combat with enemy champions or structures (either taking or receiving damage).

Cull the meek - current plus... q also damages enemies for 5% of their max hp as physical damage and heals renekton the same amount. At max rank, renekton's basic ability cooldowns are reduced by 1sec per auto attack (basically what essence reaver does currently... only it can stack with essence reaver)

Ruthless predator - current damage but... basic stun duration starts at 0.75 sec and scales to 1.5 sec stun duration. Empowered stun duration starts at 1.5 sec and scales to 3 sec. (new) massive blade renekton's stun is now aoe on all targets in front of him in a cone cuz he's got a massive phreaking (meme intended) blade

Slice and dice - current damage but... renekton's slice applies 15-35% armor reduction. Empowered slice removes all resistance from opponent rather than reduce their armor. (new) fat man down... abilities such as gragas bodyslam no longer stop slice... after all, he's slicing through minions and other champs even if they are walking around during the animation

Dominus - renekton doubles his bonus resistances, gains 15/20/25% spell vamp, gains 300/525/750 hp and burns opponents for 40/80/120 magic damage per second... scaling with 40% of total ad (new) reverse wuju master - while master yi becomes immune to slows when he ults... renekton becomes immune to knockups, suppresses, and all forms of disables EXCEPT slows

So how'd I do? Sound broken enough? I think it fit's the champ's theme quite nicely... although I'd hope they never implement 90% of these things in game or he'd be perma-ban in my opinion.
