Im tired of having 1 dodge untill I get heavely punished to avoid shitty team comps

Example of a very common silver elo team comps I get (Im not putting MID because thats me) and Im pushed to dodge

RIOT why do I have to be the one reasonable person to dodge this kind of comps and get punished time and elo likes its a bad thing or cheating to dodge this type of games. With a team comp like that toxicity is bound to spread like wildfire and ultimately lose the game and waste time.

People been saying that if you could dodge without punishment then everyone would dodge I agree but at least dont make people wait 30+ minutes to queue for dodging shitty comps.
