Changes to bloodlust

At first i thought the new changes to bloolust would suck and im still not a fan but with the exceptoin on it with kindred. Lifesteal come can or g o for me honestly but that .75 second movement speed is valuable and it seems like theyre removing it and changing bloodlust again? I just was to ask why, that keystone was too good for kindred
