i think we need to add 'chatting mode'

i'm one of korean LOL player, and most rude one in summoner's rift. so, i got punishment more than 10 times at this season 2016. i know i have a problem. i can't control myself when someone insult me and make a noise(course i do not trolling. i curse intentional trolling. always i want my team become a winner). i think we cannot fix it completely. But i think we can make it better than now.

i suggest improved ignore system.

if player don't want to chat in game, they can set 'don't chat(in game)'. like disable '/all'. just extend that function. and notice other player through 'Icon' at status frame(frame when you press 'tab' normally).

i think this system can make game better. if player think 'hard to control mind in game' or 'i hate someone insult me' or i'm not intentional troller' or ' i'm just beginner!' just check 'all ignore'.

someone can said 'LOL is a team game. We need communication!' course. LOL is a teamgame. but many people make noise in union. and i can rebut that more. i play more than thousand games in korea server, and my tier is P1(yeah, i know it's not too high. but it's not too low either i think). i think we can communicate enough through in-game-sign system.(yeah it's not enough. i know. it cannot check enemy's spell timing. but that checking is not important for someone) so i think if player don't want chatting, they need a option to ignore that.
