Let Rammus Reflect On Hit Effects

is suppose to be anti AA. But many AA Attacks come with on hit effects that cannot be reflect such as BotRK,Sated phantom hits, Vayne 3rd proc or Master Yi E. Allowing this item to reflect this would be to strong for what Riot wants from it. So how about we give this ability to the highest rated Tank in league :OK Rammus W is suppose to be a "Can't Touch This" move giving him defense and damaging those who attack him. When Vayne or Master Yi can attack him with his W on because most of there damage is on hit effects and true damage Rammus becomes less of a Tank and more of an obstacle. His W should return some percentage of on hit effects along with the damage he already does. This would also give people a champ to pick to counter Sated jungler.
