Riot Bull Shizzz Team Making

How can you be placed with people that dont understand the basic mechanics of the game. I understand if you get 1 or two who are still learning in Bronze but the moment your winning ratio hits a postive 50% ratio. You get straddle with 4 members who don't understand anything. If you cant carry 4 people you cant get to gold with out a premade. Im not to the point i can carry 4 people what do you reccommend. its a time suck and a waste of time. Thinking of delete-ting the game for something different.
