We need an anti knock-up/displacement item

Seriously, every other champion now seems to have some form of knock-up/displacement and there is almost no way to properly counter it. Spellshields are the only way besides dodging it (if it is even possible). Tenacity has no effect and almost no benefit is gained from or . Maybe a boot type that specifically works on knock-up/displacements.
