Change Surrender time down from 20 minutes
With the change of the game this season, e.g., make faster gameplay, more deaths, more ADC glory, RIOT needs to change the surrender time from 20 minutes to 13 minutes. I've sadly seen so many games get pushed to the 2nd or 3rd tower at under 10 minutes because of these changes. I would sure like to escape these wastes of time quicker. Especially when you have team members go toxic or suicidal. The flip side is also true. If we're dominating, let the other team surrender. Don't force us to go 44 kills against their 12.
Either that, or stop making gameplay last 20 minutes so you can be more like first person shooters games. This is League of Legends. More strategy please. If I want to rack up kills, I'll go BattleFront, BattleField, or FarCry.
