Rework Jayce's W

I love the design of this champion. Complex and you have to micromanage your cannon kiting and decide whether to go and burst in but you will most likely explode anyway. You will get ganked and you won't 1v2 easily like renekton or riven. Muramana is kinda useless since games are much shorter and he is more feast or famine than ever. Ever since the introduction of the juggernauts Jayce's laning became 3x worse.

His only easy matchups are probably tryndamere, riven, and garen (not so much considering how strong phage is on bruisers)

But I love this cocky bastard anyway

In hammer form of course, W needs a buff. Who the hell builds AP jayce and the skill is entirely useless beyond 7 minutes.

Meanwhile other top laners can just spam skills without going oom. Cough baguette
