How the hell does a Gold rank player get in a matchmade game with a level 24 and level 29. That is some bulls***??????

They probably queued up with friends, I ended up having to support a level 12 ADC because he 4 queued with his friends.
Enemy team had a plat player for god's sake.
Riot is testing a new system, forgot where I read it but it's basically trying to mix and match people how are 30 with people under 30.

I queued up with a former Plat and a Level 6 friend. Matchmaking did what it could to get us matched against an equally wonky team.
