@Riot - Current Talon Nerf Needs Reverting

I don't know how many Talon games I've played since his rework (in both normal games and ranked) but I've climbed to almost Platinum by playing Talon almost exclusively during this ranked season. Although I can agree that Talon can be fairy oppressive against many melee mid laners, the current nerf to his Q on the PBE, while small, is definitely not needed. I believe that the recent nerfs to lethality along with the nerfs to many of the offensive masteries helped to put him in a reasonable spot. His win rates across many data aggregation sites support this as well.

You would just be triply nerfing him and we'd end up with a Talon that's likely going to be weaker than he was when his rework was initially released. Do the right thing and revert the current nerf, Riot.
