Kog'Maw/Lulu - How to beat them? (as the intripid duo itself)

So quick disclaimer, I ask this question while playing Lulu with a Kog Duo. We decided to make a final push for gold, and have had a 100% win rate over the past ~9 ranked games in a row with the Duo (when lulu was banned I played Taric).

So what I wanted to ask is how do you beat Kog'Maw Lulu (K/L)? Rather, what are the most common ways people try to beat K/L, so that me and my partner know what to watch out for. I know that one way is getting camped/beaten down early, but that hasn't really happened yet. Is that something to only worry about in High Elo? (Given we're both in Silver, so not quite the LCS here)

I guess what should K/L look out for/be careful of? what champions or team comps counter the juggermaw?

(yes this descision was brought about to blantently abuse Censor and the duo, and I am the scum of the earth)
