POINTLESS: T1 - T2 Runes

**1) ** It makes no sense for new players to buy them as they need the IP to buy new champs (or you use RP).

**2) ** Since you can't no longer fuse them they will remain in your Rune Inventory, being there, useless (LVL 30)

**3) ** At level 1 your rune slots are limited, buying lesser runes makes no sense and increases the gap between LVL 30 players and LVL 1-20 Players in such a large abysmal way. If you are a LVL 30 player you would rarely want to play with a LVL 10 player because of this, not only because new players are unexperienced but because they don't stand a chance.

**4) ** This will encourage LVL 30 players to play with their newbie friends, this will prove to be a great help for the refer a friend system.

**5) ** No more pointless Runes, new players will really scale as they go playing, rather than having lesser runes.

**6) ** Makes new players more familiar with the rune system, instead of waiting till they are LVL 20 to finally buy them.

It would also be good to bet to buy a free rune per level (since level 5, you can't buy Quints with this). **PD: **I am LVL 30 on LAN server since S3... still I have to level this account.. but I am not from North America so the ping makes it hard :C
