@Riot Can you make 1 exception for Lethal Tempo in ARURF.

Okay I know that Riot has the ability to make it so that runes arent useless on specific champions. For instance manaless champions (im pretty sure) cant take manaflow band. So im pretty sure they can make champion based exceptions.

And I know Jhin isnt IN SNARURF

Can you allow Lethal Tempo on Jhin? He has a capped attack speed so the animation issue (that i hear is 1 of the reasons it was banned) as well as 10.0 attackspeed is impossible.

But I havent reached the pinnacle of THE FAST. I must be faster. I must reach maximum velocity.
