Ranked change to next season suggestion

Could we remove MMR, or the ranked ladder(bronze, silver, etc and rely on MMR only) system please? Preferably the first. I shouldn't be heavily punished for doing well by being prematurely hit with stronger opponents. This logic simply doesn't hold up to any real scrutiny because I will just climb until I hit my max naturally. This would lead to initially less balanced games (the last 2 seasons) but in the mid-long term people would have substantially better games when they reach near their skill cap on the ladder.

Let me climb without having the fear of departing my ranked MMR average my a significant amount and having to prematurely fight players in the next few brackets. I'm currently on my climb to platinum yet again this year, I estimate my skill to be between p3-p1 realistically, and I'm at G3 right now. Due to a significant win streak my MMR has hit gold 1, and I expect it to climb disproportionately to my rank for the next few promotions. The MMR system shouldn't punish me by putting me against my skill equals until I hit that actual rank, it's a bizarre and entirely unfair system.
