Ranked decaying/demoting

I'm just wondering if I'm able to be demoted from gold 4 to gold 5 through losing games. I'm also curious if you're able to get demoted from plat 5 to gold 1 and if they decaying ratios have changed. Thanks.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
