Teaser is launched > 4 days later = Champion Reveal 2 weeks later > available for PBE testing 1 week later > official out, available for all.

we could be looking at end of the month for final playable launch, maybe. my numbers could be wrong, based on surrender @ 20 posts. but very rough estimate.

Probably later today, somewhere around 22:00 - 23:00 my time. It's 10:38 here as I'm writing this comment :P
