Can we see our champion pool in new draft sooner?

I really dig the new set up, good job with it Riot. One thing though. I wish we could see our champion pool before it was our turn to draft. It would make offering to trade a whole lot easier. AS it is, "Uhhh idk man, i think i might have GP" is too risky for me. Help a forgetful guy out here.
