Fiora's Parry

So this is just a copy of one of my earlier posts but I feel this needs to be seen and comment how you feel about these changes <3. I love the parry I mean I even play Fiora a lot but I mean the 50% attack speed slow rank 1 parry is insane lol. I have 2 suggestions for the attack speed slow if anything make it go up when you level it so it isn't so oppressive even when nothing is parried. Or you can make so if an auto gets parried then your attack speed gets slowed that way people aren't punished for outplaying the parry and waiting it out. This way the parry still does damage if nothing is parried if an auto is parried it will slow attack speed and if cc is parried then it will stun it makes it have more counterplay and a feel good moment for actually waiting out fioras parry not using an ability or anything.
