skarner is still weak

riot do tell why did you nerf skarner? by nerf i mean rework him into this weak spire rework? yes lets take his old q passive and put them into areas of the map ? good one. the only thing this skarner has over the old one is what a little ad scaling which doesnt matter and u can get ur stun off but ur still constrcted into having to hit your e? this skarner does way less damage cant split push and cant 1v1 very well . old skarner could easily 1v1 and them some .
