Gold 1

I have been stuck at gold 1 and 2 for a while now, and I feel like I autopilot too much and also get destroyed by good smurf players, not only that but Leblanc and Talon are my worst matchup for both the champ I play*[sg-janna]* , I was wondering if someone can give me some tips and such, or im just a terrible player(which is true) but im also a dirty yas main so there is that [sg-ahri-3]
