Champ select =/

Can we please have a small section to browse champions while we wait for others to pick. I kinda like to just look around and be like huh i haven't played this guy in awhile. also a chance to edit mastery list. i find it hard to fix all my masteries for a champ in 30 sec or less. finally i noticed the select a ward during select isn't available can we have that back and a extra feature to pick summoner icons during select
