New Honor System, Old punishments

Hi, with the new honor system rolling out I had some questions on the old punishments. With the old honor system you could be punished if you were to honor your duo partner ( I don't remember exactly what the punishment was or how many times you had to do it in order to be punished but I believe you could be punished for doing those actions.) With the new honor system however if a majority of your team honors you you are able to get a shout out at the end of the game. Does this affect your chances of key drops/capsules or leveling up your honor status? And because of this implementation is it alright for my duo to honor me or vice versa? My questions also apply to flex q as well.
