Possible Future Zoe Change?

I'v seen a lot of people complaining about her recently(as is the case with all of CertainlyT's champs) and while i understand, she's frustrating but the only part i can actually sorta agree on is her W.

Her W has the passive that let's her pick up Active Item's and Summoner Spells, but it also makes them spawn from Minions that hold a Balloon. The issue with the Balloon is that, it's completely random. She could get a Heal, Barrier, Flash, Redemption, Locket, Cleanse ect or she could get any of the Smite's, Gunblade, Protobelt, Hextech-GLP ect. That's where the problem lies, so here's what i propose.

Zoe's W will only spawn DAMAGING active item's/Spells from her Balloon's, she'll still get Redemption from it, which is unfortunate but she can only get Damaging Spells and Items from her Balloon. What this does is it gives Zoe power in her W that she can plan it, right now Zoe goes for the Balloon minion for the sole purpose of getting ANYTHING, with this change she would go for it because it gives her damage. This also gives a reliable form of RNG to her opponent, they don't know what she'll get exactly but they know it's not gonna be a Heal, Flash, Ghost, Barrier or anything other than a Damaging Spell/Item.

Basically it's a QOL change for the Zoe because she can now rely on her W in lane for Damage, instead of mindlessly picking up whatever she can find. Then it helps the enemy because they know she's not gonna get anything that heals her, unless she get's it from them, this allows for more reliable Ganks against her, more reliable trades and overall more reliable counterplay.

In regards to her E and Q, i think their perfectly fine, the thing people ALWAYS bring up about her E is that it doesn't punish her when she misses, but the thing is that it will ALWAYS go at it's max range meaning the puddle doesn't spawn until it reaches it's end. Her Q might be a little strong but you have to remember what she has to do to get it to be that strong, it has a small hitbox and in order to deal true Maximum damage, she must land her E. What makes both of these even harder to land , they're both stopped by minions, and while her Q is AOE, it's a small AOE and more over, you can play against her just like you can against blitzcrank, stand behind minions and it works pretty well.

Oh side note, the Cooldown on her E and Q might be a little short, that could use some fine Tuning.
