I'm excited for the rune system except there is a concern I have

So, the rune reforged system seems very interesting and slightly more interactive. However, there is a major concern that I have out it.

I do not want the rune reforge system to negatively impact off meta junglers. I'm not talking about or as much as I am talking about junglers like . Poppy is less off meta than some other junglers, however she is mainly played top lane. I want to make sure that she stays decent in the jungle so I can continue maining her without fear. Anyway, at riot, please make sure that the off meta junglers can still jungle decent and that the change won't be too negative that it will nerf them. I realize that the changes will make it hard to balance but If I can't play poppy in the jungle, I will only have as a jungler :(.

On a side note, I want to say, props to riot to make the rune reforge system more interactive. I was checking out some of the runes in the tank tree and it all feels a lot more interactive and it gives more skill expression to tanks. It also gives more choices in what to do in certain games. Am I going to go in for a pick then run away? Then, second wind seems like a great mastery to help this strategy.
