Q + Flash on Ryze puts Q behind him instead of increasing the distance

Q + Flash on Yasuo extends the distance instead of putting the tornado behind him. I would appreciate it if Ryze got the same treatment. There are a number of other champions that exhibit (ability) + flash to extend the abilities range, I can't list them all out but they're there
