Enough changing runes/items for Ezreal

Riot, this is what, the 4th thing this guy abused and we had to nerf/remove it? As far as I remember, he once abused Spirit of the Elder Lizard (this was back when I started so I may be wrong) then then Runeglaive (gone now). And now he's abusing Kleptomancy. Before you nerf it (maybe it needs a slight nerf), please just consider reworking Ezreal. I know you guys have a policy of not reworking champs named after staff ( ) but please, end this madness!
